Knicker Locker were a small start-up lingerie business when they approached Dot Nine Solutions in 2014 to build them a bespoke eCommerce solution. Utilising our marketplace integration capabilities enabled Knicker Locker to immediately start making sales on Amazon and eBay whilst establishing their presence online.
Project Features
Custom functionality was created outside of standard eCommerce requirements. This included a bespoke Bra Size Calculator and enhanced content pages.
Blog
Part of the Knicker Locker requirements were for the inclusion of a blogging platform within the site itself. A suitable product was identified and now integrates tightly with our core platform.
Maillist Integration
Knicker Locker chose Mailchimp as their email marketing suite. Our platform integrates easily with Mail Chimp supplying both emails and also eCommerce data for those that purchase.
Custom Fulfilment
Knicker Locker had very specific invoice printing needs, right down to the stationery that had to be used. Our back office system supports this requirement and tailors the invoice information based on the sales channel and destination country.
Marketplace Integrations
Knicker Locker are tightly integrated to both Amazon and eBay. All listings are managed from the same core product information with channel specific overrides available where appropriate. Orders from both platforms are automatically retrieved and managed through the same pipeline as traditional web orders.
