Barnardo's are the largest children's charity in the UK and were founded by Thomas John Barnardo in 1866. Every year they help more than 100,000 of the UK's most vulnerable children get a better start in life by running vital projects, services and training across the UK. Dot Nine Solutions were appointed by Barnardo's to build their online store in 2015.

Product Reviews
Barnardo's chose our internal product review system for their store which provides the ability to contact customers and invite them to review their purchases.
Maillist Integration
The Barnardo's store is integrated with their Dot Mailer account, ensuring they have the ability to market to their customer base through a single portal and based on customer behaviour.
Product Imports
To improve the product creation process for Barnardo's we extended our product import facility to accomodate their specific needs. This has improved efficiencies within the merchandising team and ensured products are listed quickly.
